This page explains what information TC Gig Planner stores, why it is stored, and how it is used to run the service.
TC Gig Planner stores the information you and your team add to the workspace, such as account details, team membership, events, tasks, venues, contacts, setlists, notes, and uploaded media.
We also collect technical data needed to run the service, including authentication records, audit logs for important actions, billing metadata, and basic diagnostic information used for reliability and security.
We use your data to operate the app, keep your team workspace in sync, process invitations, manage subscriptions, send service emails, and improve reliability.
We do not sell your data. We only use third-party services where needed to provide core product functions, such as hosting, authentication, billing, email delivery, error monitoring, and file storage.
Your workspace data is intended to be visible only to users who belong to the relevant team and have permission to access that part of the app.
Certain administrators may access operational metadata or investigate support issues when needed, but team data is expected to remain tenant-scoped and access-controlled.
We retain workspace data while your account or team is active, unless you delete it earlier through the app or ask us to remove it.
If an account or team is deleted, associated data may be removed from active systems and later-aged backups according to operational retention windows.
You can update your profile details in the app. Team owners and admins can manage invites, membership, and some workspace settings.
If you need your account or team data removed and the app does not yet provide a self-service path for that action, contact the operator of your TC Gig Planner deployment.
If you have privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact the operator of the specific TC Gig Planner deployment you are using.
